Prickly Bay Tiki Bar and Restaurant

Ok, it took them about 30 minutes to bring our breakfast, but we are not in a hurry . Coffee was good! The waffles are not fresh made, dry and not warm. The English breakfast was a little disappointing, 6 out of 10.
(One day later we complained about the waffles, we gave them a second change, which was a success!)

They have upped their game. Pizzas came out fast.drinks stayed full and STRONG. Get the rum.

A place I found my happiness again after the passing of my Dad, From the live music to the food it's a really chilled and laid back place to visit. I highly recommend! Looking for a vibe check? Yup that's definitely the place to be!

This place is under the worst management you can get. I've been here three times this week and every time has been worse. Not only are they slow but they screw up your order. Do not suggest this place at all.

Took over an hour to get service then over 20 mins to get drinks and same with the food.service was poor and food was below average.the live music was the only good thing here.

Nice beach bar but staff is so so in terms of service and friendliness. Food is average at best.

Fabulous venue on the water. Great layout, positive vibe and excellent atmosphere. Good e energy from performing groups. Enjoyed the steel band from 6-7 then dj and live band that started at 8: 30pm.
Servers were very slow which made it difficult to leave when we wanted to. Waited a long time just to pay the bill.

Truly disappointed in the service and quality especially at the prices being charged. Ordered off of the bbq menu and my dish came with a missing side and the waitress stated I will get the “boiled” potato after the meal. How am I to get a main dish without the side I ordered. No efforts were made to rectify issue made on their behalf? 2/10

Food - we had lovely pizza and fish pasta. 4 stars because roti was in the menu but was not available. That was the only thing we wanted.

The food was good quality. The management was absolutely atrocious. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Upon arrival, every single one of our three orders was incorrect, not to the fault of our sever who had read them all back to us. Clearly something went wrong in the kitchen. We did get three free beers, but it was not worth the headache of trying to correct each of our orders.

Nice spot. Live Trivial Pursuit. Like many spots in the Caribbean, a once Tiki Bar on steroids.

Great food, very nice atmosphere but, the service was horrible! We waited 30 minutes and still had to go and find our waiter. Even after receiving our food and drinks the waiter never returned to ask if we need anything else or just checking to see if we needed anything or to ask us if the food was okay. So, again the food was great, but the service was horrible.

I've been here a few times since I've moved here. Customer service has not improved. Food and drinks are OK but service is LONG. Been waiting 25 minutes for my drink order to be taken.

Had another recent incident. There's a definite no no for me going forward. I'm moving down from a 3 star to 1 start.

Service is very slow and there isn't enough wait staff there to serve the magnitude of people that visits. They can do soo much better if they'll hire more staff

I ordert a Pizza, Restaurant was pretty empty and waited more than one hour before I asked where it is, the waitress left and I didn’t got a response, 15 minutes later I was talking to other customers that there is no response, yes okay failures can happen and they forgot, we are all humans and nobody is perfect but still no response or excuse, she only told me she has send somebody to ask for the pizza.
Another 15 minutes later no response or any information, so I asked for the bill, she made the bill with the pizza on it, I told her I am not going to wait longer and will leave, she told me the pizza is already in the oven, …after 90 minutes

I left and she removed the pizza from the bill but still no sorry from them.

Maybe usually it’s better and I was there at the wrong time.

Food was mediocre, drinks were nice. Had a nice vibe (live band) but the dj needs replacing.

Every time I go to grenada I have to visit this spot on a Friday. Steel pan, live music and good food what more can you ask for.

Overall a great experience the large open patio made it a fun place to hang out and have a good time. The food had good flavors and the server was very attentive and accommodating. The live music was very entertaining and we had a good time.
Got to meet the owner as well who had a very humble personality.

Great Thanksgiving dinner last night! Always a reliable place to eat and drink. The bar is great and the staff are unfailingly kind and pleasant. Strongly recommended - and suggest that you look at their Facebook page for updated info on food deals and live music!

I was never so bad treated in Grenada.
The owner, a very heavy set British arrogant man, became rude with his security man because I was talking on the phone, standing on a pool area. My phone call was rudely interrupted by the security guy (who follows orders) and asked me to leave the pool area “reserved only for guests”, when the owner came to rudely speak that I’m “not allowed to be here and please take your wayback” the restaurant I was right in front of us and he blocks me the way with his heavy body in front of me not letting me pass though the path to the restaurant. I had to go around though the parking area. For me this reaction was very much aggressive considering I am a woman and I had done nothing bad.
Bad management and bad reputation!
